Getting help for yourself and others

If you or someone you know are in immediate danger, call 000 immediately.

In Australia, violence and abuse against partners and family members are crimes. Help is available. If you, or someone you know is experiencing physical abuse, sexual assault, financial abuse, emotional abuse or social isolation, you can get help and assistance from the organisations below.

Otherwise contact your local police station if you are feeling unsafe or are in need of direct help.
